Anastasia's owner had added a new addition to her garden. Not knowing that her munchkin could get out, she decided to plant some catnip. Anastasia had never tried catnip before. The scent had already driven her mad. Anastasia pranced towards it, a ball of energy, taking a big whiff. She let out a few excited meows, springing into the air and twisting in a small circle. She dropped onto the perfectly level grass, rolling and purring. When she couldn't stand the excitement any longer Anastasia took a bite. And then another. And then a lot more. Her first reaction was to purr and roll around, though soon she found herself mellowing out. She let her tongue hang out of her mouth, stretched out on her back. Anastasia's small ears perked at the scent of another cat, one seemingly near her fence. She wondered if any company would join her today. Although, unlike usual, she didn't bother calling out to the cat. She was too relaxed. Cocoa |

Purring and rubbing himself on his owner's leg, Cocoa begged to go outside. It was time for his walk. Dashing outside as his owner opened the door, Cocoa soon ran past the entrance of his lot. Cocoa's owner knew that he wouldn't stay to far. Turning around the corner, Cocoa purred in delight. Today was a nice sunny day and there was only a few fluffy clouds in the sky. The young Maine Coon turned another corner. Today, he was going a different way. One that he had never explored before. Soon, the scent of catnip reached Cocoa's nose. Stopping in the front of a fence, Cocoa heard the sound of excited mews of another cat. Speaking through a small crack, he saw a young she-cat rolling a round in some. Lightly leaping onto the fence, Cocoa let out a loud purr. "Are you enjoying that?"

Anastasia perked up at the sight of another cat, nodding her head with a smile. "I am." She nodded, flicking her tail softly. "Care to join me?" She questioned, ears flicking back questioningly. She certainly wouldn't mind some company, and the tom seemed to be nice. Although, even if he wasn't, Anastasia wouldn't notice.

Cocoa was surprised by the answer he got. Join her? Cocoa's eyes flicked from one part of the yard to the other. "Will your housefolk mind?" Cocoa didn't want to get this she-cat in trouble, but the catnip looked quite refreshing.

"No, of course not! Besides, she's not here right now." Anastasia gestured once again for him to come over. It wouldn't be fair to withhold something so good. Besides, how else would she make friends?

"Ok, if you say so." Landing heavily in the catnip, Cocoa instantly began purring. Rolling onto his side, Cocoa sighed in relief. The tip of his tail twitching, Cocoa asked, "What your name?" Then added, "My name is Cocoa."

"Cocoa is a lovely name." She smiled, her small legs pushing slightly so that she could be directly on her back, staring up at the sky. "I'm Anastasia." She announced, squinting against the sunlight.

Purring at the comment, Cocoa began grooming his pelt. Looking back up at the pretty white she-cat, Cocoa purred, "Anastasia. That sounds unique."

Anastasia purred in response to his own purr. She loved it when other cats were happy. "I suppose that's because of my rather unique appearance." She smiled, gesturing to her short stubby legs.

Cocoa slightly tipped his head when Anastasia gestures her legs. Looking at hers and then looking at his, Cocoa couldn't help his whiskers twitching. "Well, they are quite different. But nevertheless they make them you."

"They make me slow." She laughed goodheartedly. She didn't want to make the mood depressing or anything, and besides, she was fine.

Cocoa sighed comfortably, this was what he usually liked. Talking to other cats while relaxing. Shrugging his shoulders, he meowed, "Well, as long as you enjoy them, they won't ever get in the way of happiness."
