Melody tilted her head. "If you want your life to be interesting, make it interesting. Do interesting stuff. Break some rules." she said, smirking slightly and apparently not caring about keeping up an innocent face any more.

[Reedkit]

Reedkit was shook as Melodykit dropped her innocence in a heartbeat.
He grinned, and flicked his tail.

"Yeah, your right." He laughed. "It'l be interesting, no doubt. Just wait till i'm an apprentice." A spark crept into his voice and eyes.

Surprise surprise. He hadn't been the only one with this attitude. He liked this she-cat. He hoped they'd grow up as friends and make LOTs of trouble.

[Melodykit]

Melodykit rolled her eyes. "That's your problem. Why can't you make lots of trouble now? I mean, you can get away with a whole lot more, being young and all. Holding your best off until your older only gives you less time to be at your best."

[Reedkit]

Reedkit tipped his head to the side. "Huh." He meowed, going a little quiet.
Why hadn't he realised this sooner? And also she was right, why had he wanted to wait till he was older?
Reedkit didn't understand...
"Well, im dumb." He chuckled, shaking his head. He flicked his eyes up to Melodykit and grinned, silently thanking her in his head.
Perhaps she had just given him the best talk ever. but maybe also the worst for the clan.

[Melodykit]

Melodykit chuckled. ”You not dumb. You just a clan cat,” she responded, allowing a bit of wickedness into her smile. ”Just be glad that I was here.”

[Reedkit]

Reedkit flicked his ears, slightly embarrassed, as Melodykit chuckled and told him he wasn't dumb.
It vanished when he saw the wickedness in her smile, and was replaced by a spark of his own fiery wickedness. They made a good team... the stray thought flashed in Reedkits mind before he shook it out.
"Haha yeah, sure. Whatever you'd like" He snorted at her words, but really actually was glad.
