*searches awhile, and trips over rock and fall into a hollow sheltered by ferns and small, willow tree branches*
this will do, he thought.
*he rubs a scent path to remember where his den is, and climbs out to look for bedding*

*wanders outside den and finds a mouse scuffling along a few leaves*
*tries to remember what his mother taught him, and silentley creeps up behind the mouse*
*waits until he is a tail length away and pounces, landing barely on the mouse's tail, then biting it in the back of the neck to kill it*
well, i guess this is dinner
