i knew you would pick that. ok here are a few different moves/stratiges.
heres a move i made up, if your oppenet pinns you down go limp then when he/she either weakense up or is about to do the final blow push with all your force and youll definetly get them off.

blackpaw crouces down and circles brownpaw. then she lashes out at brownpaw claws seathed and quickley goes counter-clockwise and lashes out claws seathed making her fall then pins her down
