This has been going on way too long, and no one has mentioned anything about this until it was brought up at the gathering; we all need to respect the borders! Now because there aren't too many cats in the clans, it has been tolerated, but each clan has promised to keep their borders heavily guarded, and to punish any cats who cross without legit reasons. IceClan cannot and will not defy CloudClan and the warrior code any longer, especially when the other clans are getting angry with us for doing so. Nearly every cat from every clan, myself included, has been jumping from territory to territory, but this can go on no longer.
So if you need to go to another clan's territory, you must get permission from me or Birchtail. Firestorm does not need permission, and any cat going with her for medicine cat-related business does not need permission either. But you must notify me first! If we are not around, then you can go to other clans, just let someone know first, but only if it's an emergency!
...As for the territory of the loners, rogues, and kittypets, I don't know yet. I don't see the good in letting IceClan roam where they please outside of the territory, but it isn't braking the warrior code...
That is undecided for now.

I only went yesterday, becuase I had a message, I couldn't reply to, so I answeared it on the latest post the person who messaged me had been on. Is that alright?

(Yeah, that's fine. The leaders and I just agreed that it would make the game more realistic if we actually acted hostile towards clan cats in our territory, and respected the borders. If you guys need to reply to older messages, that's fine.)
