Hollypaw's Assessment.

Darkstar went to the same clearing as she had when she had given her own apprentice the talk about the assessment.

"Hollypaw," she said as they both stopped, "I think you have trained well, and I believe it is time for your assessment. What I want you to do, is catch as much prey as you can. The catch is, I won't be standing with you, but I will be watching you from the shadows. If you see me, you will ignore me, and continue your training. Remember, this is the last thing you need to do before you become a warrior, and if you mess this up, I can always keep you longer. The most important thing though, is to have fun."

Hollypaw ran off to find prey.First she found a bone thin rabbit.She frowned as leaf bare was getting closer everthing was thinner.She ignored the rabbit and went on to find a VERY fat vole.Hollypaw steped closer and the vole made a feeble attempt to get away but hollypaw killed it and buried it.Then she caught a squirrel it was her first squirrel ever and its fur stuck in her teeth yet she buried it with pride.As her assesment went on she became even more determined to prove herself.She managed to kill two rabbits and a mouse.She couldnt find anymore prey and she hoped it was enough.She unburied her kill and searched for Darkstar

Darkstar followed Hollypaw and was impressed by her kill. She came out of the shadows behind Hollypaw, seeing how long it would take for her to figure out she was right behind her.

Hollypaw heard soft paw steps and whipped around augh!!Oh its just you...Hi!Whew....I thought you were well...... a rouge or something
