As Ace walked next to the pup, his thoughts were churning.
Why did I let him come with me? I don't even know if Bridget will take him! But he knew deep inside that he could not have left the young wolf.
In an attempt to break the tense silence, he said,
Little one, what is your name?
Guessing the small pup would need to rest soon anyway, he sat down and waited for his answer.

my name is sage a young female who's mother abandon me when i was very little once i was taken care of by upwalkers then i escaped from them

well she had a den near the zoo that's what the upwalker's call it so they can keep an eye on her but she had two pups she tried to get rid of us early but my sister died i didn't and as soon as they saw that they took me to the zoo and fed me goat's milk
