Harepaw tried to hunt again. She cruched low to the ground and stalked a nearby mouse. Harepaw kept her tail low this time but stepped on a twig and the mouse scurried away. "Fox dung!!" she muttered.

She tried a second time, crouchuing down low, stalking, and pouncing. She succesfully caught a mouse. "Yes!" she mewed after buring her prey.

"Ok." She smelled a vole and crouched down as low as she could, her stomach brushing the floor. She kept her tail down like instructed and stalked her prey lightly. When the vole was about to scratch itself, Harepaw pounced. She snapped its neck. "That was easier!" she mewed with joy.

Continues to scent the air and smells a weird scent coming from a bush. She padded towards it and a fox sprang out. Harepaw stood frozen in terror but when the fox tried to bit her ear, she clawed its face.
Alright.she thought. Let's see if those dreams of me fighting will come in handy.
She lunged onto the fox and bit down into its neck. The fox gave a yelp of pain and flung Harepaw off, landing with a sickening thud. But she managed to struggle up to her paws.

The fox snapped at Harepaw but she dodged and clawed its ears. She tripped the fox once it charged at her and she clawed at its stomach. The fox stood up and bit down on Harepaw's ear. After a while, she killed the fox.
