Wildwind sat at the edge of the frozen river, She could see small currents under thin layer of Ice. Every so often she would see a rather small fish swim by. She thought about hunting, but one, She did not want to jump into the Icy river and replay what happened last time, and two, She was not even supposes to be out of camp. But she could fend for herself, so the sliver tabby came out every so often just to get fresh air. Wildwind lifted her muzzle and tasted in the cold, leafbare winds. She sighed and stood up. She was dying to go to The Forest of Secrets, because it was well sheltered, and steam rises their on cold days. But, What if she was fallowed? Wildwind took one more breath and took off to just take a peak. She presses her cold paws in the snow, and went down the slope. Winds blew into her face to the point she had to close her eyes. Wildwind tripped over a small twig and tumbled to the bottom of the hill. She opened her eyes, unhurt. She purred a little then stood up, not caring about the clumps of snow in her fur, she was soaked at this point anyway. The she-cat approached the great stone tunnel, and walked through, The moss here was damp and a little cold. She kept on walking till she reached a large cave. She went in and looked up to the great oak. The warmth was great here. Their was a swift sound of the flowing stream. It was most likely cold, but it would be warmer in than out. She ran to the stream and pounced in. Her head bobbed up and she paddled to a edge. She pulled herself out and shook her pelt dry. Wildwind was urged to take a nap in her warm den, but she decided someone might notice she was missing from camp. Wildwind took a fresh mouse from the pile. Her sisters, and Milo, unlike Fox came here and filled the pile sometimes. The prey had Snowbell's sent on it, and the drift sent of Tiger, her granddaughter. Tiger was the daughter of Oceaneyes, who she named Fuzz at birth, and Brick. Fuzz left to join Fireclan, leaving tiger to live with her Great aunt Snowbell. Wildwind stuck her head out of the cave, It was well later than she planed to be gone. The tabby grabbed the warm moss and left the wonderful memories behind. She trudged up the hill and reached the top. She darted past the frozen river and reached the camp. She checked to make sure no one was in the clearing, or at least no one was looking. She slipped in and dropped the moss in a corner to replace later in her bed. She sat down and grinned.
