[Bladestorm]

He had just joined the clan... but he was beginning to learn the area well as his emotionless gaze scanned the seemingly endless prairie. He had no intentions of hunting just yet. He was mainly out to meet other cats. He stopped and sat. His body or face showed no emotion whatsoever. He stared at a tree and crouched under it. He waited for someone to approach him It was always best to let one start the conversation first.

[Hawktalon]

*Had been hunting when he spotted Bladestorm sitting by a tree. Hawktalon didn't know what to make of him he hardly talked he was out all the time. He didm't like it. It would be best to find out more about him before I judge.*

"Hello Bladestorm what brings you out here?"

[Squirreltail]

Hi, Bladestorm!

[Coon]

*watches them from the iceclan border*

*smells an odd cat*

He brings his attention to hawktalon unmoving and showing no emotion. "Greetings friend. I am merely enjoying the sights of this territory..... I thought it would be logical to venture out the borders of the camp and discover my surroundings." He watched as hawktalon approached him. He did not know this cat well, nor did he know any cat well. Allowing him the mystery of these cats personality.

[Hawktalon]

"Is that so?" he asked.

*sits down wrapping his tail around his paws."

"I'm going to come right out and ask. What are you doing in Fireclan?"

[Bladestorm]

He stared at HawkTalon. "I understand your eagerness for an answer to my being here in fireclan so I will supply a willing answer. I must assure you that this answer is 100% truthful and I will have to ask you not to ask me to supply an answer to this qeustion again. For it is a matter of personal predicaments. I had a life. I chose to show emotion. I regretted it. I came here looking for a new life. That is all." He said the whole thing without taking a breath.

[Hawktalon]

*Hawktalon blinked at the silver warrior.*

"Allright how about this. Where do you come from? Did you live among rogues? Were you from a different clan?"

[Bladestorm]

He sighed. "I must assure you, this was a long time ago. All I know is that I lived with my mother.... alone. That is all." He did not like qeustions. They seemed to pry into his former life.

[Hawktalon]

*Blinks, What astrange cat. Strange but also quite fascinating.*

"I have one more question if you will allow it. But it is kind of silly so you can't laugh."

[Bladestorm]

He nods. "I will approve of the question you wish to ask. But as you might know...... I do not laugh.... for emotion is not an arbitrary opposition...."

[Hawktalon]

"Are you...living? I have never seen or heard of any cat that has a mental block to all emotions...Except probably a spirit."

[Bladestorm]

He pauses. This is a qeustion he had been expecting. for he had prepared an answer. "I assure you. I am living, although for some cats... life is an illusion. For I am one of these cats.... you see.... for some of us. We are living but it is as if we aren't. Projecting the image that we are not alive. But in body... soul... feeling..... We are very much alive. And much capable of feeling. But we refuse to show it. Because we use logic to decide who we are. It is only logical for a cat like me to think emotions as a way to breach a conversation or compromise a friendship. So I used logic to decide how to keep these emotions at bay." He sighes. "Therefore.... I do not use emotion as a common nature."

*Hawktalon was taken aback his mother had told him something very similar to Bladestorm's life is an illusion philosephy. except, his mother had always told him pain was an illusion. All of a sudden Hawktalon felt a wave of remembering.*
