Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting.

As of now, IceClan cats are no longer allowed to leave the clan's territory. You all know that it's in the warrior code, and I thought that I had made myself perfectly clear a moon ago. We're disgracing CloudClan! Only warriors and elders may leave the camp, apprentices must have their mentor or some warrior at least with them when outside of camp, and kits are not allowed outside of camp at all! From now on, any cat caught outside of camp or outside of the territory, unauthorized, will be confined to camp for five moon rises and will not be allowed to attend the next gathering. If, for whatever reason, you need to leave the camp to go somewhere, you must ask Birchtail or I first, with the exception of you, Firestorm, because you are a medicine cat. Meaning you are free to roam as needed. But please do not abuse that power!
While we're on that note, Birchtail will cover for me during my times of absence. So she can perform ceremonies, fill in for me at the gathering if I am not there, and take charge in whatever ways necessary.
A reminder for the mentors...training an apprentice is not just about teaching them to hunt and battle, but you must also teach them discipline and respect. If we need new moss for bedding, that's the apprentices' jobs, if elders need any grooming, that's the apprentices' jobs!
Birchtail, I'll need you to start scheduling more patrols, and Firestorm, be sure to stock up on herbs while the weather permits. It's only Newleaf, but it's best to prepare for Leafbare now then cramming at the end of Leaffall; not to mention certain herbs only grow this time of season anyway.
