The leader sat silently in her den, she was not thinking about anything, merely waiting for someone to come into her den. Her visitors were quite a few, so she wasn't surprised when she saw Crystalglow entering her den. Yet, it was nice to see an old friend instead of a grouchy warrior, and quickly, a bit of happiness flowed through her. She did not allow it to ruin her calm, cool and conceited demeanor though, Spiritstar made a habit of acting like this, and old habits die hard.
"What is it Crystalglow?" Meowed the leader, who looked at the medicine cat in expectance.

"Well with all of the rain and flooding that new-leaf brought lots of plants are flourishing. Although the yew bushes are spreading like mad throughout our territory and they are getting dangerously close to camp. So I was thinking we should somehow form a barrier around the entrance or something like that to block the yew bushes." She sat down wating for Spiritstar's reply.

Spiritstar sighed to herself. This wasn't the kind of news she wanted to hear. "Crystalglow, what kind of barrier could keep the yew bushes out? Even if we do block our entrance even tighter, the wind could still carry the spores over it." Said Spiritstar, with a pause of thought before continuing. "However, if a kit eats one, we'll be in trouble. Do you have any suggestions for what type of barrier we should form?"

She thought for a moment before answering, "I think we should make a barrier out of brambles or branches, something that would catch the spores before they get into camp. We should place just over the entrance, so we can walk in and out. The spores would get tangled in the brambles or branches and would be stuck. If a spore does get through I have enough yarrow leaves to save a kit if it eats one, for now."
