By join a club, do you mean read club boards and post in them? If so, then you can, DEPENDING on the club. As of now, there are only three clubs (I plan on approving more), and the only one you have to be a member of to post in and read is the Lonely Island Club because it is for 13 year olds and up, due to mature language.
