I recently made a thread about this, but I don't even know where it is.
So I guess I should make a new one.
When your character starts to get old, do. Not. Kill. Him/her. >< Could I write it anymore explicitly?! For starters, you have to ASK me if you can die. So some people either kill their cat behind my back or just stop using that account. Or recycle it, which is the same as killing it.

Why, why are you all so adamant on killing your characters? This is what you guys are like;
"Oh, hai! I haz buck teeth and I don't shower every year! I ain't use proper grammar becuzzz I think I'm sooo cool. Did I mention that when mah accounts reach 1000 posts I make a new account and kill mah old one? Da, hur hurr!"
What the hell?! You guys act like hillbillies!
I mean, WHY, please tell me WHY you don't want to have an elder? Elders can battle, explore, attend gatherings, and so much more. They can also tell stories to apprentices as they clean their fur. In fact, the only thing they CAN'T do is go ion patrols, which none of them do anyway!
If you look at the members list, VERY FEW MEMBERS have 5000 posts or more. We're elderless, for the most part! And the vast majority of the elders had their posts bumped by ME. I'm so SICK of bumping people's posts! They can easily earn it if they actually FOCUSED on one or two accounts, and REFRAINED from killing them!
That's it. If people continue to kill, recycle, or go inactive on their accounts, I will be forced to do one of two things. I will either only allow everyone to sign up with one account per IP address, or lower the elder post requirement to 500. Take your pick! Orrrr...you could become an elder if you keep one account and post with it, and then don't kill it.
