Wildwind lay stretched across the soft pad of moss in the elder's den. She tried her hardest not to fall asleep but once she layed down her head she was deep in sleep.
{Dream} Wildwind paced down a long dark path. There was no moon or sun to support light but still there was a faint yellow glow ahead. "Hello?" Wildwind called. The light flickered. "Is anybody here?" She asked. She began to creep down the path farther towards the light. The glow became brighter and brighter. She looked up onto the top on a small rocky slope. "Hello?" She croched down and jumped at the rock, scrambling up onto the top. Finally she saw the source of the light. Withing the large dent of the rock was a shallow puddle of water. It was shining brightly, like the moon was shining into it, but there was no moon. Wildwind froze to search the sky. No light at all. How could the puddle be glowing. She slowly lifted her paw and dipped her paw into the water. It was freezing cold and burning hot at the same time, yet she did not pull her paw out. "What is this?" She asked out loud. Suddenly the puddle turned red and the liquid felt harder and sticker. "Wa?" She tugged her paw but it wouldent come free from the red puddle. The puddle began to get warmer and warmer. "Help!" She yowled. The puddle began to overflow sticking all pads to the rock. The red river reached highter and higher up her pelt. The sent of blood swept through her nose. She bagan to gag and cough. "H-HELP!" She choked. Nothing. No one was there to help. The blood began to reach her neck quicker now. She raised her head to stop it from going into her mouth and eyes but the more she sturgged the quicker it came. The blood covered up to her nose, she could not breath at all. A figure stepped out from behind a tree. It was a cat with short tabby brown fur and dark green eyes. Fox? She wondered. Yes it was fox! Did he see her? She tried to call him but the blood rushed into her mouth gagging her. She swoly began to close her eyes. Everything went black.
Wildwind gasped. The blood was gone. She looked to her side but instead of seeing the walls of the elders den she saw a long forest path. Not the forest she knew outside of Iceclan. It wasen;t even a path she had ever seen in any of the clans. She raised her head to take in the sents. A smell of cat stuck in her nose. She froze. Was it fox? Was the blood pool goign to happen to her again? She lowered her head. "Show yourself!" She then saw Fox pace out from behind a large oak tree. "Fox? WHAT are you doing! Were am I!" Fox did not speak. "I swear by the name of Cloudclan Fox! Wha-" Fox raised his head in a snarl. "Cloudclan? You foolish cat! There is no such!" Wildwind bit her tounge. "Y-yes there is! Of course there is! I know so!" Fox paced up to her. "Oh really were are they now? I don't see them with you now?" The elder winced back. Surly Fox wasen;t there to argue about Cloudclan. "Why are you hear!" Wildwind demamded. "WHAT DO YOU THINK!" Te sliver tabby dipped her head. "I woulden;t be asking if I knew..." Fox sat back down. "Supid furball.." He mumbled. "Were am I?" Wildwind asked again. Fox did not awnser. "FOX! TELL ME WERE I AM!" He looked at Wildwind and got in a crouch. Wildwind tried to spring to her paw but once again she could not run. Fox pounced and teh dream went black {End of Dream}
Wildwind opened her eyes and jumped to her paws. Wincing like a kit. "Fox!" She yelled. Noticing were she was. "I-i-it was a dream...." She mumbled. Relife swept over her. The dream felt so real. What DID Fox want with her? She paused, she knew... She looked out to the clearing and saw a few cats pace by. Her legs wobbled and she felt uneasy. She tried to stand up but was to wobbly to move. She tucked her nose under her tail still trembling.
