Bluesky opened her eyes. She was in the prairie, while cold, icy wind buffeted her thin fur. She fluffed it out to protect herself, and wandered around.
I must be dreaming. she thought. A while ago it was mid- Greenleaf, and now it was Leafbare. A small layer of snow coated the ground, making a white landscape. At her left, TreeClan's territory was touching the skies with their tall trees. She saw RockClan's deserted territory to her other side, and finally just grazing the horizon. The sun was setting, making a sunset with splashes of the colors red, orange, pink, and even silver. She turned around to see dark, but vibrant blue fading through the sky. A couple stars appeared and as the sun set farther, a bright yellow line outlined the mountains. Bluesky blinked and suddenly, all of the snow slowly faded, and turned to Greenleaf. But it was very hot outside. The sun beat down her fur, and barely any wind blew. She smelled something, something sharp and unpleasant. She saw clouds of gray rising from the territory several fox-lengths away. The acrid smell of smoke came through her nostrils and she started coughing. There was a fire! Bluesky panicked and immediately ran to camp, but the familiar path way was gone. Hot wind came and blew the fire around more of the territory, spreading and spreading. The flames were visible and vibrant red and orange. The flames roared and her heart pounded in her chest. But finally, she came to a stop. She was surrounded by the fire!
CloudClan, save me!
