k guys i hav this forum that i made and well how do u get the sideboards on the forum?? u no the things on the side with info on the clans?

I'm sorry, but you'll need to find them yourselves. If you want some good ones, try Here. But other then that I can offer you no help. The Side Boxes are an Add On, but if you're "that" desperate you're going to need to get them yourself. |

Another option is to not add side tables, but rather, different tables. Everyone has side tables; don't you want your site to be a unique snowflake? I did, that's why I added side tables; they were unpopular on Warrior RPGs at the time. But now they are, and it irks me.

It was the same with mine, but I just coded my own and got the Ultra Rare un-findable Scrolling Side Tables. Haha, it still makes it unique!

Whoo for uniqueness! Scrolling side tables? I think I've seen them once or twice before...they are pretty awesome. ^^ Yeah, not many people have the exact same side tables as me. Mine have spaces between them, so I hope that no one else copies them.

A lot of the people who need to ask how to do them, doesn't have experience so they'll get frustrated with the code, and brake it often. That and they get really frustrated when they're hitting the 'Enter' key and the words aren't going down any lines! That practically spells inexperienced!

I know! And if they can't even figure out how to use codes for side tables, or ANYTHING, for that matter, why are they even attempting to make a website?

I know. They go 'ooh, I wanna make a warriors website' but- well, Hello there! You need to understand, or at least mildly understand coding in order to even think about it! I new how to code Java Script even before I new about proboards! And anyone who is reading this and is going 'Huh' isn't the person to be making proboard sites!

I tried making them once, but my computer shut down on me so I gave up figured, I DONT NEED SIDE TABLES!!!! I AM AWESOME WHETHER I GOT 'EM OR NOT! So I did what typical rednecks like myself do and put the leader of each clan in the clan description. Boom. Problem solved.

Since I'm a conformist. I use side tables. I would code my own but long ago, I gave up trying to learn HTML and CSS. Anyway, I've used Smangii's side tables since forever. Click - Hope that helped. |
