[url=virtualwarriorsworld.proboards.com]VWW[/url] By URL Here, she means the name of the website. And by TEXT HERE, she means type in whatever you want to call it. Kapish?

Okay, since you're obviously not getting this, here I go with a long explanation.

Let's use your profile for an example.

I go to your profile page and highlight the URL, or the top bar with a bunch of gibberish. Then, I copy it. The URL for your profile is this;

http://virtualwarriorworld.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=silverkit

Now, I copy the code for hyperlinking.

[url=URL HERE]TEXT HERE[/url]

Now that I have the code, I insert the URL of the desired link where it says "URL HERE"

It would look like this now.

[url=http://virtualwarriorworld.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=silverkit]TEXT HERE[/url]

And lastly, where it says TEXT HERE I insert the desired title of the link. The finished code looks like this.

[url=http://virtualwarriorworld.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=silverkit]Silvernight[/url]

Why is it when I clicked the, "Brambleclaw's profilr' I got my profile?

That because he only typed virtualwarriorworld.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile instead of the whole code. By clicking that link, it brings you to the profile of whatever account you're on.
