Relaxation

[Harrowingpride]

Harrowingpride laid in the nursery peacefully, flicking her tail back and forth as she watched the kits. She wasn't usually one to play with them, she barely played as a kit herself. No, she would only have the occasional small talk with them, mostly to tell them that their mother was looking for them. She was used to this kind of solitude, and really didn't mind it. She barely spoke to any of her clan mates anyways, except for her mother and CrimsonAngel. CrimsonAngel wasn't around anymore, no one really knew what happened to him. Last time she ever saw him was during the conspiracy planning that never really got put into action.
She was kind of lonely after all of it, as much as she had regretted ever thinking about over throwing Spiritstar, the event itself was exhilarating to say the least. There wasn't much to be done though, once the battle was over everything just seemed too fix itself.
Everything was fixed and she was alone again. As always.
She yawned and rested her head against her paws.
"Maybe a nap would do me some good." She thought to herself.


(BAD POST IS BAAAAHH'D)

[Dorsan]

"Hey there!" Dorsan trotted up to her. He pawed her with one of his big paws. "Are you ok? You seem...bored."

[Harrowingpride]

(Psh, and I thought my post was bad. Kidding.)

She rolled over and looked up at the big cat. She racked her brain for a moment, trying to remember his name. It was a strange one, not at all like a warriors name. Dorsan. Definitley not your average clan cat. "Hey Dorsan, I'm fine." She said suppressing a yawn. It's rude to yawn while talking to others, isn't it? She wasn't sure.

[Dorsan]

(Hey. I have to Work. Shut up.)

Dorsan's ears flicked as he gave her a questioning look. "Very well." He sighed. "Harrowingpride, you're a queen right?" He stopped, trying to word his next sentence. "Don't queens have kits? Not to be rude."

[Harrowingpride]

"I have /A/ kit, she's an apprentice now. Her name is Gempaw." She told him, now sitting up.

[Dorsan]

"A kit, eh?" Dorsan sat down, making himself comfortable. "You hungry? Want me to get freshkill for you or something?"

[Harrowingpride]

"No thanks." She said smiling. She flicked her tail awkwardly wondering what to do next. Once again, her lack of social skills have gotten in the way.

[Dorsan]

Dorsan awkwardly sat there, he too lacked the social ability. He was always a loner and timid his whole life, what's gonna make him a good talker now?

[thatsright]

Gemshard padded in. "Actually," She said addressing her mother. "I'm a warrior now. Gemshard." She said, and beemed.

[Harrowingpride]

"Oh sweety! That's great!" She exclaimed happily. She walked over to her and licked her on the cheek. "Gemshard, that's a wonderful name." She said smiling.

[Dorsan]

Dorsan glances over at Harrowingpride and Gemshard with a blank face expression, realizing that he should be happy. "Congrats, Gemshard! That's great!"

[Shrewbreaker]

I came in with a mouthfull of feathers and moss.

[Harrowingpride]

"Thank you Shrewbreaker." She nodded towards him quickly. She turned back to Gemshard. "Sorry that I wasn't there for your ceremony sweety, I wasn't aware it was even happening yet."

[thatsright]

Gemshard nodded once. "It's okay." She stated looking around the den. It seemed so much...smaller. "I'm just so excited to be a warrior!" She burst out, then smiled a little embarrassed. "It's a lot to take in," She added more dignified.

[Shrewbreaker]

I gave her the moss and feathers and started to leave.
