Close to the border

Star looked around at the mountains that almost always surronded her when she walked by Iceclan. Her brother Mintpaw lived in Iceclan. He couldent belive it at first but belived it after Star visited him a few times. a patrol never caught her but any rustle in the bushes made her jump. She wasent scared though because she was just taking a walk along the border.

Shadefrost was exploring the are aaround the badger set when she picked up a scent, not of IceClan or of any Clan that she knew of. DeathClan, maybe? she thought, ears pricked forward and mouth open slightly as she tried to recognize it. Might be wrong. It's been a long time since I last saw one of them, that one being Whiteclaw... perhaps a kittypet? No, definitely not. A rogue or loner. It has to be, she laid her ears back at the thought, slinking forward while crouched low to the ground, ignoring the uncomfortable feeling as she realized that she had become unused to acting as a warrior. Soon, though, she had rounded one of the few scrabbly bushes and noticed the cat. Not battlescared like a clan cat or rogue, and definitely not a clan cat. Considering the distance from here to the twolegplace she wasn't a kittypet, either. So it had to be a loner.

Instantly her tail brushed up, pelt standing on end as she drew her lips away from her teeth. This cat was on IceClan territory! Shadefrost leapt out of the bushes, landing on the cat, and struggled to sink her teeth into the other she-cat's scruff, claws also scrabbling for a foothold on the short pelt.

Star hissed and rolled over on the cat." What did i do this time!" She hissed at her. Of course Star dident do anything but still. Star jumped on the cat holding her down.

Nightwing walked towards the fighting cats.Maybe star wouldn't remember her after she joined deathclan.(not fully joined yet though)When she reached the border,she sat..just sat..Iceclan wasn't as fun as fireclan was to bug.

[(Star isn't quite in IceClan, just on the border. ^.^ Shadefrost believes that she is actually in IceClan, so she attacked her... this is Shadefrost's other account, by the way. ^.^ I need to try to get more active with Riversky and it's a huge pain logging out if you don't even have a mouse.)]

"You're on IceClan territory, fox dung!" Shadefrost hissed, sinking her teeth into Star's leg while twisting madly. "I don't know who you think you are, but I can tell you now, tresspassing on a Clan's territory is NEVER the best idea if you'd like to keep your pelt." The sleek black queen began clawing at Star's underbelly madly, still writhing to get free. She could not help but feel that she was doing very poorly. While she was putting everything she had into the fight, it felt different than it had felt all those moons ago while she was still a warrior. She felt like she was losing the moons of training as an apprentice and the moons of experience as a warrior with each passing day. The fight wasn't really a skirmish over territory to her, but a desperation to prove to herself that she had held on to all those years. Hopefully she was right.

I growl at shadefrost.She had no right to attack when we weren't even on her territory.I launched myself at her,no matter how boring it was.

Star hissed and pushed her off. While she was getting up Star crouched in front off Shadefrost as if she was giving up.

I sink my teeth into her scruff.I was still pretty bored.After all,this wasn't fireclan.

Star sat up and licked her pelt before spitting and padding away.
