I pad into the Apprentices' Den happily and look around for a place to make my nest. "Hi everyone." I mew as I walk in. I find two spots that are unused side by side and I look at them sadly knowing my friend who should be here is not...

I look over my shoulder and I see Cloudpaw "Hi Cloudpaw!" I mew excitedly "It's great to see you got your apprentice name and ceremony! I'm sure that Gemshard will be a great mentor!"

She licked his ear "Thanks." She padded over to the nest and curled up in it laying down.

I pad over and lay down in the nest next to hers. "I have been an apprentice for a day and I haven't heard a single peep from my mentor since the ceremony..." I say sadly.

"Hmm... I'll be right back. I'm gonna go see if my mentor is in the warriors' den." I get up and pad slowly out of the den.
I pad back into the den with my head down. "Both of our mentors are busy..."(Actually there offline but whatever>.>)
