Eaglewind padded into the Warriors Den wanting to have a bit of sleep. She walked to her nest and settled down. Eaglewind wrapped her tail around her paws and fell into a deep sleep. She had a dream.
Eaglewind woke up in a sun baked valley. She got up and saw her mother and father. They were being attacked bye a badger. "Mother! Father!" Eaglewind yowled but they didn't listen. They disappeared in a cloud of dirt. The badger saw Eaglewind and charged. Eaglewind yelped and started to run but the badger was faster. It grabbed her and she fell down in a rush of fur,blood,claws, and darkness.
Eaglewind woke up with a start."Just a bad dream." Eaglewind tried to calm herself down but the memories of the dream still lingered.
