Explain what the problem is, please. Did you type a message and it won't let you send, or can you not see the button to reply/send?

When i use to use my phone and try to send a PM it wouldn't send...

On the computer, no matter what, it just won't let me click "Send Personal Message" It worked a couple days ago, but it wont work now...

Remember: there is something on here that does not allow you to send or post anything below 15 characters. Did you check to see if the message was long enough?

Yeah, sometimes when my message isn't long enough it wont let me send. The button turns white and doesn't do anything when I click.
