This is a small debate, and I bet others haven't read the Lord of The Rings, the first book is a bit slow, but be honest! The Lord of The Rings is pretty good, but it can get really boring in many parts. Harry Potter is nothing but awesome, so I shall say Harry Potter!  |

Never read LOTR. So, yeah, I chose that option. Harry Potter was a great series, but when I watch the movie adaptions, LOTR is better by far.
