I believe the answer would be no, since cats have hormones that tell them to reproduce, and since same-sex relationships don't make kittens, male cats would not pair with male cats, and the same goes for females.

Same for Wolves and foxes, so far as I know.

Also, we have younger members whose parents may not approve of such relationships.

Humans have those same hormones, and yet there are still gays and lesbians in the world. Also, cats have been proven to show homosexual tendencies in real life.

Parents not approving is simply discrimination. Honestly, homosexuality is a part of life, and it's something that people are just going to have to accept, because all their disapproving is simply forcing more homosexuals into the closet, where they can't live and love openly and honestly.

Do you think I honestly care? Did the cats in the Warrior books ever have relations of such? So they are just a book, but honestly, I don't care. Some people don't want to be around that kind of behavior, online or in real life. Get over yourself, for you aren't going to have this kind of relationship on this site.

If you calmly told me that no, it's not allowed; Then gave me a good reason why. {Ie, it would make people uncomfortable.} I would have thanked you and been on my way. But instead, your telling me to get over myself and on the other thread you asked me what my problem was. How staffly.

Darling, just because this site does not allow homosexual behavior, means absolutely nothing. We aren't harassing. We aren't bullying. We just don't allow it. You need to grow up and accept the fact that not all sites online are going to accept everything this world has to offer. I know plenty of gay people, and you have not right to tell ME that I don't respect them. It's about time you find out your facts before you go around criticizing people directly, because quite frankly, I am not in the mood for it.

To answer your question, no. They are not allowed.

The only other animal besides humans that can have homosexual persuasions are dolphins, and this is what I've learned. Also, in the books, there are no homosexual relations. While some scientisits say it is possible for cats to "fall in love", they are not ever attracted to the same gender. Why? Because male and female cats generally look the same (as would humans if we didn't have differnt clothes, hairstyles, ect), and they do not have sex for pleasure. It's just a fact. Now of course Warriors is slightly unrealistic in the first place, but we try to keep things as realistic as we can, with a few exceptions and special ocasion plots, that is.

The same goes for the foxes and wolves.

VWW does not discriminate against sexual orientation. If we did, we wouldn't allow you to be here. You may role play as a homosexual in the RPG board, and you may talk about your homosexuality in the OOC boards. But when you're role playing on VWW, outside of the 'RPG' board, your character cannot be a homosexual. Again, that's your CHARACTER; your character isn't even supposed to be exactly like you, either. So it is in no way, shape, or form discrimination.

This may not be known to you, but VWW just BARELY tollerates "straight" relationships. I would gladly get rid of all mates, because I, myself, and asexual, and the whole mating thing annoys me. But I understand it's just an RPG, and many would quit if they couldn't havew a mate, so we allow characters to have one mate of the ipposite gender, but there are many restrictions on it.

Darkstar did in fact answer you in a calm matter. Although, contrary to what they all said, we would never not allow homosexual mates on VWW because some people or their parents are uncomfortable with it. We simply don't allow it because it's unrealistic. If this was a human RPG, then we would allow it. And just to prove that VWW isn't a congregation of "homophobes", I have two other RPGs about humans, where homosexual characters ARE in fact allowed.

Rosha, if your still reading this, I gave you a simple, polite answer of no. Sorry if you're too sensitive to realize that. Never in my life have I've heard of a cat being homosexual. If you watt to RP a homo animal, join a flamingo RP. They're proven to have homosexual tndancies.

Well I dont agree with Rosha, its the internet, she/he is not even sighed up on the site and personally I think she/he is just another person trying to cause trouble and draw attention to herself which in my opinion is what jerks and losers do
