Leaf was hurt her wounds from fighting Iceclan in a rough rage made her weak. She was now starving and couldn't lay down to lick her wounds. She missed her kit Star and wanted to go home to her. But when she was looking like this she didn't want her to see her mother like this. Leaf's leg was badly wounded mabey even brocken. her eyes were slashed and her face was swallen. The smell of Twoleg food and kittypets made her sick. She jumped up on a wooden fence. Leaf jumped down rinding her face off in a puddle. She was horried when the puddle turned red wiht her blood. Then she was lifted up in the air. A twoleg got her.

star the wole time was fallowing her mother when she saw her mother get taking she screeched"mommy dont leave!"she ran after her mother but could not climb the fence. she cried to herself."pleas esomeone help me!"she mewed. she layed down near the fence and waited for her mothers return if she ever would

Leaf watched her daughter for days at the window at the Twolegs house. She was full and unhappy. "This Twoleg food taste terrible!" She hissed. She had a cast on her right leg and sticky stuff sticking all around her pelt were she was cut.

Leaf saw her kitten leave. Her heart ached. "Please don't leave me." She murmered. She was so scared. The noisy Twolegs had young kits that tried to touch her every time they saw her. She was sick of it.

star wandered into others yards looking for a garbage can or somthing to eat. then she saw a small piece of left over mouse that another cat was eating she scurried over to it she dragged it away trying not to be seen.

Twolegs yowled loudly. Leaf tried to run but they grabbed her and though her into a monster. Her heart pounded. She mewed untill the monster stopped at a perfectly white den. They heaved her into the sliding shiny thinds and put her on a tree. A nother Twoleg grabbed her and stuck a claw like item into her body and plucked it out.

star herd her mother yowling s= ut he was too tiny to run she closed her eyes and began to hum to herself thinking in her mind that everything was going to be okay.

Leaf blacked out. Wacking up she was back in the Twoleg's nest. Her heart was normal and she felt woozy. The Twolegs opened the door to leave and Leaf's heart skipped a beat. "My Chance!" She dashed for the door. As soon as they were closing it she almost got her tail caughted in it. She broke free from the nest. Now the Twolegs were yowling angerly at her. she kept running not turning back. She darted into the forest.

star went back and sat the fence she stared at the fence thingking of how she could get over the fence.

Leaf ran untill she got to her territory. She went to the tree with the exposed roots. "Star! I'm back." She said while ripping the Twoleg stuff off of her.

star sat alone she now herd the twolegs yelling wich made her nervous. she climbed the tree that was near the twolegs window she walked to the edge of the tree and looke inside she only saw the twolegs yelling were was her mom she thought to herself
