Okay, the eyes are too 'round' and their isn't any iris. The chin, needs to be more out, unless you have a very round face. Then, the nose kinda looks like a 1/3 of a triangle. The neck needs to be a little more narrow and not so big, the hair needs to be more stringy . . shading and there needs to be some tones and shines in the hair and skin, the shirt could be less tight looking and more lose and waving like. And then you forgot the eyebrows ^^

O DANG IT! I can't believe I forgot the eye brows. But I purposely did the eyes like that and I do have a round face but not THAT round. I didn't need shading for the fact that i did this on Photobucket. I do agree with the rounded face though and the stringy hair.
