Berrykit opened her eyes. She was a new born, her blue eyes hazy with lack of use, her nose was a pink as a berry's as her gold head lifted lightly. The place she had awakened to was noisy and over crowded, but she couldn't help but feel a sense of peace. She watched other cats run around pouncing on each other and throwing what she will soon learn to call, moss balls. Berrykit opened her mouth, the cold air entered her body and she sneezed. She slowly got up with fright and excitement in her heart. She sniffed carefully at a moss ball, while her nose was filled with a salty, watery, weird scent. She would meow if she didn't have a fur ball in her throat

[That is very nice XD ]
Berrykit looked up at the fat cat, Whippaw didn't scare her but made her eyes widen "Hello," she croaked spitting out the fur ball at the apprentice's paw "My name is Berrykit," she meowed remembering how her mother called her that. Then stared at Whippaw's foot, that was now covered in fur ball saliva stuff. "I am living," she meowed "Unless you suggest I am to busy doing nothing meaning I am dead," she meowed hastily at the self-centered cat.

Berrykit looked straight into his eyes unblinking " Keep your whiskers in your business, anyways shouldn't you be terrorizing another apprentice right now?" she meowed sitting down. Brightkit was not perticularly fond of this apprentice, shocking isn't it?

"Really, were you not a new born before? What made you born a wise warrior? Nothing do you know why? Because you haven't learned anything about mouse-brains, and I will be the first to give you the lesson," she paused purring "Lesson number one, mouse-brains enjoy terrorizing clan mates and have no respect for the younger," her blue eyes shone as she spoke the next words with confidence "Lesson 2 mouse-brains, look, and act exactly like you," she smiled, she was starting to enjoy his company "And Lesson 3 you must learn it is not I that should be honored to speak to you, but you to speak to me,"

"I think you have misjudged my youth, and intelligence, have you not noticed it is not I who is arguing with one younger than one self?" she retorted with a evil smile. "Enough arguing!" she declared. Then pounced on the larger tom "Let's play! We should be friends!"

Berrykit laughed as she danced around "Yepe!!! I made you nice and my friend!!!' she meowed rolling towards him, then she leaped up launching her paws at him from underneath.

Jetkit watched the two play from where she was sitting in the corner. The young she-cat was quiet unless spoken to, and preferred to keep her paws to herself. Her ice blue eyes glowed as her gaze switched from cat to cat. For a second she wondered what an apprentice was doing wasting his time with kits - but then she realised at least he was here. Maybe he'd strike up more conversation than just what he wanted to be called when he was a warrior. [/color]

Berrykit~ Purred as he yowled in pain, then feeling his paw cuff her head she laughed. Not at pain, but at how soft he was. She then launched herself at him. Landing on his back clumsily.

~boredism, we all worship it~
Ther was that apprentice again, playiing with the new born kit. Light golden and small, Berrykit fits her good. Whippaw, guess they named him for his temper, it surely couldnt have been the ink black fur.
Solsticekit watched the arguement turn into a game, boredly. His black head laid upon his folded paws. His silver-blue eyes emotionless and blank. Mousebrains. He let out a 'hmph' of annoyance, lifting his head up to look around.
There was another kit sitting by herself, seemed like she didnt want to join the game either. Maybe Solsticekit should try and converse with her. Anything to get rid of the boredness. Yet he did not move, his silver-blue orbs watching her.

Spiderkit slept peacefully beside her brother. She treated him as if he was older than herself, only because they where born around the same time. Napping lightly she curled her tail around her muzzle and snuggled closer to her brother's warmth.

The small she-cat blinked at Whippaw, then dipped her head. "Hi." she meowed to the apprentice, her left ear flicking. A small grin appeared on her face and her tail uncurled. "Usually go for the younger girls, huh?" Jetkit teased.
Jetkit had also noticed the other kit by himself, but she'd deal with one cat at a time.

~Just the little things calm him down~
The black and orange patched kit narrowed his eyes at the older cat, clearly he was bored, but showed no intention in joining the conversation. When Whippaw greeted him he replied in a nonchante voice, "Greetings." Well it was to late to back out now, maybe he could have a small talk.
His tail wrapped over his sisters sleeping form, softly, as she snuggled closer. He pressed against her as if Solsticekit was trying to hide her from the eyes of the others. Solsticekit kept an eye on the others, it was like he didnt want them touching her.
He laid his head back on his paws, as he waited for a reply, listening to Spiderkit's breathing. His silver-blue eyes softened a bit.

"Oh yeah? I don't think I've ever met her." Jetkit meowed simply, sheathing and unsheathing the tiny claws in her right paw purely out of boredom. She blinked softy a few times before allowing her gaze to focus on Whippaw again. "What's she like?" If Jetkit wanted to be a good warrior she thought it made sense to know who's got her back. Talking to Whippaw was perfect for this - he seemed the sort of cat that would tell her what she needed to know.

Jetkit nodded - and tried to shake off the fact that Whippaw might be wondering what she wanted to know for. "Sounds fun. Maybe she'd come play in the nursery sometime?" She smiled at the tom, her mind elsewhere. Jetkit could tell he was nearly a warrior - which led to the next question. "When you're a warrior, will you still come visit us in the nursery?"
