New kitten

"H...H-hello" Starkit stammered in the nursery as she found a nest, "I hope someone would be my friend" Starkit thought as she curled her tail and went to sleep

hearing the tiny mewing of another kitten in the nursery mosskit woke from her fittfull sleep and turned to the source of the sound seeing a kit a few days youunger that her she walked as quiet as she could and layed in a nest closer to the kit hoping to befriend the new kitten and share her knowledge with the younger kitten.

A pure white fured she-cat looked at the to kits with bright ice blue eyes. Icekit did not know anyone but she was sure she make a friend some day. She layed her head down on her paws and watched the to other kits sleep.

remembering how she felt when she had first joined treeclan mosskit felt that it was apropreate to in clude everyone so she beconed over the white kit with eyes like bold ice

Icekit smiled and paded over to the kits "Did you need something" she asked with a light and sweet tone.

Starkit Stretched out and lickedd her star birth-mark and strayed to the corner of the nursery, being shy she stayed away from the other kits

" hello there" mosskit welcomed the white kitten "my name is mosskit, i was just waiting for this kit to wake..." she stated as she turned to the nest where the other kit had layed sleeping only moments before. the nest now was empty and cooling. she mewed in surprise and jumped to her paws searching the nursery for the new arrival. " c`mon lets find her!"

then a orange kit jumped up behind mosskit and said are you looking for the kit that was in the nest? she ran into the leaders den and she has been hiding in there the whole time. her mom is leopardfire i think. if you need help with any thing just call waterkit.

Starkit sat in the corner in the nursery, away from the kits talking to each other."Why am I so shy?" She thought as she licked her silver-gray fur, "Maybe I should go back to my nest?" She thought

as Mosskit searched the area with her green eyes she was almost jumped out of her fur when a Orange kit introduced himself and explained where he had thought the other kit went. as she whipped around she spotted the kit she had layed beside over in a corner by the back of the nursery. she lead the other kits over to her and said in a gentle voice so not to scare her "hello there i am Mosskit and this is the tree-clan nursery where all the kits live before we become apprentices. this is Waterkit" she stated as she nodded toward the orange kit "and this is ice kit" she nodded toward the shockingly white kit with eyes like slabs of ice. "we would like to welcome you to the nursery and hope that we can all be good friends!"

The blue-ished color kit looked up and saw the kits in front of her," I wondered what they want?" She thought, born deaf in one ear she couldn't hear well so she just smiled and continued licking her paw

Mosskit saw the confusion flicker through the younger kits eyes. wondreing what could possibly have been confusing obout her speech she hoped the kit wasnt offended. then she remembered watching the elders talking in the warm sun and knew that this must be some of the same confusion she asked " can you hear me well enough?"
