[Skysong]

Skypaw ran from one end of the den to the other, one end to the other, one end to the other. Since it was such a small space, there wasn't a lot to go. But still. She was hyper, and no one was around to talk to. So maybe running around would help out a little. She stopped mid stride, panting, toppling over into a heap of silky silver fur. "Oh, bother." she hissed, sitting back up, shaking the moss scraps out of her coat. "I just groomed!" she complained, then set to work with her tongue. In a few rhythmic strokes, it was soft and shiny again.
Skypaw swiveled her ears outside of the den, then turned her head completely. The stars were just coming out, shining through the cloud. The sparkles and twinkles made her joyful. Padding out of the den, she got a better view of the stars, and the near full moon glowed in the darkening sky. Somethings were just beautiful.

~ Foxpaw spotted the other cat staring at the stars, she padded over ~

" The stars are nice tonight! " she mewed happily

[Skysong]

Skysong looked over. "yes, they're just lovely." she was kinda zoned out, her voice barley audible. (almost like if she's been drugged.

" The stars are so bright. " she mewed

[Skysong]

"Ya," she was thinking of the ancestors.They were really these stars, glowing with a cold light, twinkling and shimmering. "I can't believe our ancestors have to be so far away," she murmured. "How are they supposed to help us if they're that far away?"

" It doesn't matter, their still watching over us and will help us through tough times " she mewed

[Skysong]

Skysong looked at the younger she-cat. "You're right, I'm glad we had that talk. I'm Skysong, by the way. And you are?" she bowed with her front leg outstretched in a weird sort of way, dipping her head. "At your service."
