Nightpaw sat down on the floor, examining the other apprentices. She was nervous and afriad to talk to the others. She was extremly shy, and basically her only friends where Flowerpaw and Mintleaf. She went over to one of the empty nests, and layed down. This nest was far from the other occupied ones, on the very end. She sat there and shook lightly with fear. She needed Flowerpaw there with her, or Mintleaf. But she really wanted to meet her new mentor, Shrewbreaker.

"Nervous too?"Nightpaw asked. Nightpaw did what she did normally whenever Flowerpaw was around, examine the spots on her back. She wondered if Flowerpaw was a long hair or a shorthair, or as Nightpaw had something in between that.
Nightpaw began to clean her own fur, first starting by dragging a paw over one ear.

Shrewbreaker's brown and white head popped into the apprentice den. "Hey sport sorry I couldn't make it to your ceremony; I was out on patrol." he flicked Nightpaw with his tail which was a signal for her to follow him.
His gaze flickered over to Flowerpaw. "Your mentor is coming. But you and Nightpaw have to do things separately now that your apprentices so let's move." I said to both of them but only asking Nightpaw to follow.

Nightpaw made one goodbye gesture towards Flowerpaw with her tail, and began to follow Shrewbreaker. She looked him up and down, wondering why he called her 'sport'.

*flowerpaw let one tear down her fur but that was it flowerpaw watched as nightpaw slowly walked away with her mentor  and left flowerpaw alone by herself waiting for her mentor* |

Nightpaw had braced herself for that face, but now felt broken as she followed Shrewbreaker. She didn't really know Shrewbreaker that well. She knew she was going to befriend him sooner or later.

*as flowerpaw waited she remembered the great times nightpaw and herself spent together laghing and that those time were over flowerpaw had seemed to have dozed off because when she woke up she was at the den with fallenriver(her mentor) right beside her licking her fur*
