Hem Hem, Critic please?

So yeah, I was just messing around on this art program and I am very pleased with it. I think it is the first picture that I have made on the computer that isn't pixels. Of course, I'm talking about the dreaded Paint. So what do you think of it?

This looks really good!
The smudges look like it was really done by hand.
It COULD use more texture.
The outlining could be more smudged.
Over all it looks rly good! ^^

The outline looks to smudgy and there is too much white showing on the actual pic.

Looks nice. Personally I think that even a bright colored back ground could make it really pop.

dark background to probably make it pop out more.
the white in the actual image can be reduced, although it doesn't matter too much, as long as it's intentional.
there should be more definition in the lines and in the actual drawing.
it looks like you slapped on a lot of color and then abused the smudge button. personally, i hate it when you smudge colors. It removes the sharpness of the image. Instead, you should paint colors and set it so that your brush is partially transparent. then select the color from the part where you painted over and paint over with that and then keep going. It makes the colors far smoother and keeps the sharpness at the same.

I feel like there is no defined light source, so the shadows also look a bit funky. Perhaps more highlights/shadows after picking a light source?

Not to be judge mental, but that is very simple looking. I could do it in five minutes on my computer. Not including uploading of course. But it's kinda cool. Also the edges should have been more smudged, or not smudged at ALL.
