Yes, thank u sparkshine, People who give up or kill babys are sick Twisted people who have nothing better in there lives but kill, they do not deserve to be alive and should back to the bad place!!! Or I will force them there my self because killing people is wrong and sick, might as well call them the devil!!!!

YES, actually, I have known several people who have had abortions performed. They said it was horrific, and they wish they'd never endured it. Again, Sparrowfeather, I must insist that you keep clear of my threads, especially my rants, unless you are in a good mood, or have something POSITIVE to say. What you've been doing so far to me is called "Hate Speech," and I do believe Venomstar, who I freaking love, dedicated an entire thread to Censorship and Hate--Speech. No, go away. I don't want to have your negativity, and I'm almost certain no one else does. I am not being negative. You are being a biased arse, and I'm being one back. And, I am stating facts. Sue me. All I'm asking, Sparrowfeather, is for you to stop being a jerk, and leave me alone. Okay? Is it too much to ask? You're the staff. You should be more mature than this. As I've stated before; I know exactly how it feels. Loss of a loved one is kind of a form of expertise of mine. I've lost more family and friends and children than you have, I'm sure. My dad just died. Shot in the head. You think I feel great about that? I don't. As much as I've said I hated him, it still made me feel guilty. My cousin, Katie, just comitted suicide. Oh, joy! Isn't it nice when you go to see your relatives and you find one hanging from the cieling and bleeding from their neck?! It's not pleasant. Also, I've seen a dead baby. I've seen what abortion looks like. And I don't take crap from people who bash my opinions and the opinions of others. If either of you, Sparrow or Spark alike, have something negative to say, take it somewhere else, because I am not gonna deal with your crap. Again. Both of you have probably been around longer than me, and you should act more mature than a two-year-old. Good day. |

I WILL close this down if it gets "word-violenty". Some people have diffent oppinions, some have the same ones. Yes I know PLENTY of underage girls who got pergnant and given the decision they chose not to abort the child. My 'nephew' was born out of not beaing aborted. And if a woman chooses not to abort he child then im sure she will love it or give it to a family that can. I would never want to abort a child, I would MUCH rather go through giving it up for addoption. But some women feel that its not an option. It is their choice. Some of you may think its biased mumbo-jumbo, but Afterlife must think its true. OR HE WOULDENT HAVE SAID IT. Some of you choose to take a scientific standpoint on this matter, some use relijion. Their choice. I personally have had the "Am I pregnant?" thought run through my head countless times. I AM a victem of rape, but I choose NOT to act like a victem. THANKFULLY I have not gotten pregnant, I dont have unprotected sex and im smart. Some people are dumb. Now all I can say is, be polite or please leave. If you have an oppinion voice it in a polite mannor. Dont tell someone they are wrong, tell them that you dissagree. Please.

I'm not trying to be rude sparrowfeather, but the staff (in general) is pretty ruse sometimes. Most of the time with some. This is one of those times I feel like the staff are acting like royalty (again, no avenge intended)

I am staff. And I just want everyone to take a moment to breath and calm down. We all need to relax, ok. I dont think Afterlife's intentions were to push his veiws on us. But in the end it came out that way or we veiwed it as if he was. Everyone is entitled to their own oppinios. Just please if you have one, voice it politely and calmly.

You have NO idea what your talking about or what you just called the person I know who this has happened to. So don't even go there. Saying that people should go to hell just because they had an abortion? Ya, some religious groups may think that, but you know what? Its complete bull crap. Some people HAVE to have an abortion. There's no other viable choice. So if you think that, good for you, but you'll find a whole load of people become angry or feel like your being a rude, biased-opinionated girl. I think abortion is a sick method of getting rid of a child that you don't want. =/ In my mind it should be used only when a woman is pregnant due to rape or when the birth of the child will most likely result in the death of either. Even then it's still killing.
Every living thing is what you call "a clump of cells". We are made of cells. What does it matter if a baby is inside a woman's womb or not? Unless she was raped, chances are it's there due to her own carelessness and she's just trying to take the easy way out of this 'mistake'. If she doesn't want the baby then she can put it up for adoption.
And even though you can't hear or see them at all, person's a person, no matter how small. <3

Now here is what I strongly disagree on. I'm fully for abortion, fully for birth control.
Why, do you ask?
I'm on birth control, I've been on it for several months. No guys, I'm not 'sexually active' and not planning on having a baby. But my birth control keeps me alive, I have cysts on my overies, without a lovely dose of hormones they could grow, and rupture, if it happens enough, I die.
Added benifit of birth control is that it helps my period, and no, I'm not 'super heavey'. Literally I pass out from the pain, which is caused by the cysts. It also clears up your skins VERY nicely, and I hardly have anything on my face, other than some minor scarring. But birth control doesn't help with the pain, it just holds back the very bad stuff from happening, so I'm also on prescription meds, that work delightfully, might I add.
Secondly, okay Afterlife, you're my friend here and stuff. But you're wrong. We learned all about abortion in health class, and I also asked my mom, who is a certified nurse, about them. And the answers are all the same.
◘ No pain
◘ The baby can't feel it
◘ You can't even have a abortion if it's over 3 months, which is when you start 'showing'
◘ When you even start showing your baby is incredibly small, when you have a abortion the baby is about the size of a pea.
(Keep in mind that these facts are true for PROFESSINAL treatment)
This means no pain for the baby, no blood, and of course it isn't murder. The baby isn't even a baby yet. It can't feel anything, it didn't develop the nerves yet. Have you ever put yourself in someones shoes who have had a abortion? I have, and it isn't pretty. So just picture this situations, would you want to have the baby?
◘ You got raped
◘ You have no money to afford it
◘ You are addicted to drugs or alcohol
◘ You're living on the streets
◘ You're a prostitute
Now you're probably screaming at the screen saying "WELL THEIR IS ADOPTION!", well based on my opinions, adoption is terrible. And based on people who I've talked to and are friends with who are adopted, most of them rather live with there actual parent, or be dead. Now of course, I know adopted kids who enjoy there lives, and glad they were adopted. But there are so many children in homes around the world, would you really want to make your child be one of them, waiting in a home?
I could never live with myself. |

I agree 100% with you! Adoption is horrible. Imagine your baby growing up in a orphanage somewhere all alone in some crummy run down place. It would SUCK.
And I personally think Abortion is more emotional then anyone who has never known anyone or has had to cope with the emotions of the abortion

For starters, this thread should have been put into the debate board. Also, I don't like how you list ONE pro, and a multitude of cons. Just because you don't agree with the other pros, doesn't mean there aren't anymore. And I will get to listing those pros later, but first things first, eh?
You need to STOP making controversial rants/debates, and telling anyone who disagrees with you to not read your thread. Who do you think you are, Hitler? Some sort of dictator? You only want to hear your opinion, and accuse all who apose it to be rude? Sparrowfeather and Sparkshine were most certainly NOT making mean or "negative" comments. All they did was disagree with you...that's not negative! This is my site, and on my site, everyone is allowed to voice their opinion! Take a look...of the people in this thread, those two are probably acting the most civil, and you're acting like a baby who cries whenever anyone disagrees with you. You have no right to tell Sparrowfeather that she needs to stay out of your threads, or ANYONE, for that matter! When you post something in the general board, we are all welcome to look, read, and post, and you are no one to tell anyone they cannot. So you don't wish to hear an imposing opinion? Lovely! PM someone you know is a pro-lifer and have a discussion, instead of making an open debate for all if you have no intentions of tollerating other opinions!
Next, how DARE you call Sparkshine and Sparrowfeather rude and negative, when Sunkit is over there being TRULY rude?! She's calling people who are prochoice twisted, and wishing death upon all those who have ever had an abortion! Um, isn't that a little hypocritical? You are against abortion for the purpose of saving lives...BUT ANYONE WHO HAS EVER HAD AN ABORTION BEFORE SHOULD BE KILLED?!
