Arising from my nest, I curled my tail and yawned. Sniffing boredly, I began to yawn again and then stretch once more. Stifling another yawn, I curled my tail politely and purred gently. Life was life, but I was tired. Completely tired.
"Just a few minutes more." I murmured, without waking anyone. I collapsed back on my nest, and started to murmur gently in my sleep. I stayed completely still and started twitching suddenly.
I sat under the quarter moon, staying completely still. A rustle in the bushes startled me, from my quiet visitation in the moon.
Narrowing my eyes, a pretty ginger tabby entered the clearing I was sitting in. "Hello Graysky." She murmured politely. "I'm Tinydove, the one who died before you were born. I have come to you to pass a message on to Nightheart, Graysky."
"Tell her not to grieve. She is still horrified by how I died. I will live in your spirit Graysky, for I want to pass on the humor and fun-filled adventures I had with my friends. Tell Greycloud that I am with him always too." She purred soothingly.
"I will." I meowed and purred. She faded away, just as she said, "Thank you Graysky." Her soothing purr told me.
With a start, I woke up and yawned. I had to pass this message to Nightheart. I felt a warmth in my heart, for she entered my soul at last. She was my sister, yes and I purred gratefully.
