I was doing your face back round thing. It's not impossible but It looks terrible. If you want me to show you it I can but here is your final product. I think the smaller version looks better. The tatoo dosn't look like a blurr.

So you can have the big one and the head shot. But I don't like them mixed together. That is the best I can do.
