Question for the staff

ok so I was just sitting here and thinking.
But how do you become a staff memb. Or leader? Or Med. Cat?
Just out of oblivious curiocity.

I heard you can't. If the person is inactive {Leader} dosn't the duputy take over? Then she Med cats, there Apprentice's take over, correct. I'm wondering too. But thats what I heard.

I thought when the deputy goes, they just pick some elder or warrior from their clan.?

The staff positions are not given freely, nor easily.

And the deputy does not always take over the leader spot. Mintleaf didn't, otherwise she would be Mintstar and Beechstar wouldn't exist, unless deputy.

In fact staff positions are hardly ever even free.

And its a process to find a new staff member to replace an old one. They must have experience, good RP skills, good grammar, must be respectful enough.

If the leader chose a new deputy after the old one left the site or for some reason died in character, then this forum would probably crash and burn.

Any staff member would say something like this, probably longer and with more examples though.

i agree with redstorm. you must have a very good reason to become a staff member.

• you need good grammer which means you know what to say like you can spell correctly
  example~
  bad example~hui! how ar you doiny? i'n fin!
  that's a bad example. it has incorrect spelling and this is a good example
  good example~hi! how are you doing? i'm fine!
  some mainly you need to have to spelling and grammer
  
• you need to do good rping
  here's an example
  bad example~littlekit yowls. bites his tail and pulls his claws out his paws!
  that's just not right. that can't even happen anyways. a cat would need to go to the vet to get de-clawed
  good rping~littlekit woke up with a stiff yawn. he woke up and arched his back and yowled in pain."sorry" meowed ginerkit stepping off her paw.
  just make sure it's realistic otherwise it won't make sence so make sure it's realistic in cat-wise

I was lucky enough to become Elite in DeathClan. There are 3 Elites and then there is a second {Like a Deputy} And then there is a Leader.

They became inactive and I was choosen for one of them.
