(No offense, but that was a really lazy post. Here's an example of what I would have done:
------- padded into the medicine den, wincing as the pain stabbed her bruised leg. "Waterheart! Firestorm! I was out training and I tripped over a root. Can you help me?"
....or something like that. Again, not to be rude or anything. Just saying.)
