Well, It has been agreed that Iceclan is the safest place right now. So every kit is going to Iceclan.

she means that to keep all the kits safe , everysingle kit from loners to clans to rougs must go to Ice clan for safety then after the war you will be sent back to original clan or where ever you came from!!!;D
