Finchpaw carried the three legged Cometpaw into the den. His fur was smeered with blood. He set Cometpaw down. "I need a Medicine cat right now!" He called into the den.

Cometpaw lied there in the nest, blood everywhere. Her creamy fur was now red. |

(well first, Cometpaw and Finchpaw were hunting. Then Cometpaw got distracted and chased a butterfly off a cliff. there was a rapid river at the bottom with jagged rocks. She fell and her back leg got stuck (skewered) on the rock. She pulled away as the bone and flesh tore apart, therefor leaving her three legged)

( She landed in the water, with her leg stuck to the rock. the rock saved her life by breakin her fall)

(Hey Cometpaw why not just have your leg injured cause you fell in a ditch or something it was kinda unrealistic and It's best not to argue anyways.)
