No, a paint picture as in a picture made on the program, Microsoft paint. Sorry, just realized that wasn't specified.

Well all you have to do is upload it to a site. Like I use "Webs.com" only for uploading pictures onto the Photo Albums they let you have on the sites. From their I right click and go to "Properties" and get the URL.

Put on photo bucket give it a title and fill out other info then search its title when you find it draw your mouse over it don't click a little bar of codes will show click on the img code go back to your profile and paste it as your siggy

Well you should first save the picture on paint. Then once it is saved upload it on photobucket and edit it. If you would like to put your name on it. But you also must adjust the size because it will be too large for your profile.
