"I'll get a apprentice to fix it..." Beechstar sighed, resting his head back down. "I hate rain..It makes everything more depressing." Beechstar sighed again and looked over to her. "Dream of anything?"

She shrugged. "It's depressing, but on the bright side, it helps grow the prey's food, and I didn't really...you know, dream of anything important." Koisplash was slightly embarrassed at the thought of her chasing a moss ball, even though it was only in her dreams and she was a mere kit then. "Did you dream of anything?" she asked.

"No." Beechstar lied quickly, looking off to the side. He could never tell Koisplash about that. Not even if she saved his life multiple times. "The usual blackness..Nothing different." Beechstar blinked, he wasn't one good at hiding secrets. He blinked his eyes a few more times, to help him wake up.

She eyed him skeptically. Something in his tone told her differently, but she decided to leave the issue alone. "Well...alright, then. You refreshed enough for hunting?" Koisplash offered, stretching out her cramped limbs in the nest and sitting up.

"I guess so. Hunting isn't my favorite..but I do have to feed my clan.." Beechstar got up and also stretched for a few moments. Beechstar started to lazily pad out the den, not even waiting for Koisplash. She would catch up.

Koisplash padded up next to him, trotting slightly ahead to get a better whiff of the territory scents. It was still drizzling, but not that hard enough to keep all prey animals inside their homes.

(Yeah. I'll make it.)
Beechstar smiled when he breathed in the fresh, forest air. It smelled so much better than in his nightmare. Beechstar had a strong nose, so everytime he had to go to the Dirtplace, he would always come back looking like he was gonna vomit.

('Kay.)
Koisplash flicked her ears at the sounds of skittering prey, mostly underneath the bushes. The rain was, at least, lightening up.
