How do you make a pack?

I was wondering who do we ask to make a pack? i would really like to make a pack but i don't know who to go to. Do do just need to ask a staffer or do i need to ask the admin? If just a staffer i will pm a staffer on here otherwise i was wondering if i could make the pack called the spirits of the wolves pack or something like that

I suggest not making a pack. There are too many all ready. People wonder why their packs don't get active or stay active, and it's because too many people think that they need to lead a pack. >.>
