The Ice Apprentice >> Open

[Iceflower]

With a smirk across her mature face, the black she-cat padded into the apprentice's den. Her icy aqua eyes flitted from cat to cat, while at the same time she was assessing the nests. There was one nest, empty and Un-taken, at the back of the den. She padded over there, her head held low. Not out of a feeling of disbelonging, but to hide the fury that was always in her menacing eyes.

While in the nest, she fluffed up the padding with her claws to make it softer.

She had finally settled, and had curled up in her nest. Just over her tail her aqua eyes could be seen. She was watching tr entrance, watching the activity of the other apprentices. Whilst dark thoughts roamed her mind, she knew there was no place for cats like here here. That's why she didn't act it. Of course she picks on the others, but that would be the most she would be doing to them... For now.

Until that time came, she was Icepaw. The apprentice of ice with a hint of fury's fire.

[oakpaw]

Oakpaw padded in the apprentices den and saw Icepaw, " Just hope we do something fun instead of cleaning the elders den", she meowed, licking her paw.

[Iceflower]

"Mm. If you have a problem with that, then fine. But it teaches one responsibility. They don't want irresponsible warriors. No clan wants that..." Icepaw hissed at oakpaw. She closed her eyes and covered her face with her tail. She was not sleeping, but allowing her hearing to become more acute, and the same with her sense of smell. Doing that, she could Identify any cat coming into and leaving the den.

[Shiningcloud]

[glow=red,2,300]"Icepaw, you might want to be respectful to your clanmates." mewed an icy-cold voice. Shiningcloud frowned unhappily, "Come on, we have a training session."
The dark-furred warrior narrowed her eyes, which had flickered the same color as Icepaw's. Hmm, this may be harder than I thought. Oh, well.
"See ya, Oakpaw." Shiningcloud mewed apologetically, she tried to keep in her icy self until she fought an enemy.[/glow]

[oakpaw]

"Im not complaning im just stating a fact" Oakpaw hissed back." Anyway my sister is your mentor, we should train together."

[Shiningcloud]

[glow=red,2,300]"Oakpaw, maybe you should go find Runningfeet." Shiningcloud suggested.[/glow]

[Iceflower]

Icepaw scowled. She opened her eyes and stood. She lumbered out of the den, not waiting for shiningcloud to follow or lead the way.

[Shiningcloud]

[glow=red,2,300]Shiningcloud flicked her tail furiously. "Oh, please Starclan, give me strength." (I got a temper on me )[/glow]

[Iceflower]

Icepaw had heard Shiningcloud, and snickered to herself. (I got one too. Only, she's much more likely to let it out in a deathclan-like way. >D )

[Shiningcloud]

[glow=red,2,300](I usually hold mine back, so I don't make any unnecessary enemies.)
Shiningcloud's eyes flashed red and gold. She stretched her neck and padded in front of Icepaw. "Let's go."
She raced off towards the trainging grounds.[/glow]

(I like to keep my characters true to their personality. For icepaw, it's be smarter and wiser than everyone else, and keep cowardice at bay by having no fear. Plus, she's over-matured because of her personality, giving her the intel of any experienced warrior. She's not a perfect warrior, I like having characters with lethal flaws, but she is useful to have in a clan.) Icepaw followed her mentor, but didn't raise her speed.

*snort*, Why does she have to act like that, oakpaw thought in her head, Icepaw was already acting like a full warrior.

[Weaselwhisker]

Weaselpaw as watching Icepaw from afar, his eyes narrowed. He hissed fiercely as she walked by, and slipped into the apprentices' den. "Hey!" He greeted Oakpaw, not knowing her name yet. "I'm Weaselpaw. My mentor is Swiftwish." He meowed proudly, making his nest while talking.

" My name is Oakpaw, here ill make a space for you so you can put your nest here", pushing her own nest away and leaving a space for Weaselkit. "Sorry if its kind of small, ill tell Icepaw to move her nest a little more, ill try anhow", purring at the tom.

[Weaselwhisker]

"Ohh, you know Icepaw, too? She's my worst enemy." Weaselpaw laughed, finishing up his nest quickly. "Thanks for the nest space. Hey, wanna go hunting later?"
