Bugging me for awhile

I have a question (obviously)

How come other she-cats can't have kits? Its not like they actually have alot of mates or something in the clans.
I don't understand Why Cats (who are actual mates) can get permission to have kits first.

The Queens can just be the head queens and to have kits (the ones who have a mate) they ask permission to have kits.

Thats is what confuseing me, cuase i been looking at some of the posts in the "Need a mother" threads and some posts, we have a white she-cat mother and a Black tom haveing a flame colored Kit!
How is that even possible, so thats what been bothering for a while

If we didn't have the Queens like some of the other warrior sites, there would be kits popping up everywhere and the site would become over populated. Plus with each kit born you would have to find someone to roleplay them which could be hard.

Not unless you got permission from a staff first, Plus not many people stay active to be warriors and find mates

Unlimited queens would only create random noobs.

Most of us are peeved when it comes down to it, but..you have noticed the love epidemic in VWW, right?
Okay, now picture this. What if all those MooCows could have kits?!

Jaimie, the staff, a few members, and myself also encourage VWW to limit themselve to a minimal amount of accounts, so as to prevent spam from breaking loose.

Actually quite a few do stay till they become senior warriors, although since there are more girls then guys, most don't have mates XD
But ya, its basically to stop VWW from becoming overpopulated and full of noobs. Because it would basically be the same people making a million trillion accounts to roleplay the kits.
