Crushes

Oakpaw sat up, her tail twitching. But then it drooped, she liked someone but did he like her? "I love.." she recited.

Fallenpaw walked by her ears honing in on a voice, she stopped and turned to a tortoise shell cat. She sat down and waved her tail as she said "Hello! Are you ok? You look nervous." Realizing she must sund pretty silly she crossed her white tipped tail over her mouth. "I'm Fallenpaw, by the way." She greeted more softer this time, sounding muffled by her tail.

Splashpaw a pure gray tom with crystal blue eyes had just gotten his sister to forget love and now he was on a walk when he saw two she-cat one which looked nervous and oen trying to help it seemed see walked up to them and tilted his head ""Is all ok guys?" he asked

Fallenpaw turned to find a grey tom "Hi" She greeted "umm, yeah everythings ok, I'm Fallenpaw." She greeted swishing her tail back to curl around her paws. "Whats your name?" she asked, she had never met him before, then again she hasn't met anyone as an apprentice. The black cat smiled warmly at him, "Nice to meet you."

"Well nice to meet you Fallenpaw, My name? Its Chris, well was chris I was a loner I am now known as Splashpaw brother to Jazzy..Er I mean Cloudwing and Foxfang and who are you?" he asked Oakpaw

Ahhh, Splashpaw, she had heard of him but never met him face to face. Turning to the other apprentice she still didn't know her name. Fallenpaw asked Splashpaw "So how is your training?" It might have sounded cheesy, but, hey it was only small talk, and she needed new friends.

Oakpaw replied "i like someone....." she perked her ears, "my name is Oakpaw nice to meet you"

Fallenpaw smiled warmly at Oakpaw, "Nice to meet you!" Now she refered to Oakpaw's crush, Fallenpaw never really like liked anyone. "Can you tell me about it?" She asked politely, she hoped she wasn't prying! Fallenpaw added quickly "You don't have to tell me."

"Do you wanna be friends?" she asked finally.

"Oh yeah sure, its Weaselwhisker" she replied "and sure we could be friends" Oakpaw said calmly.

Fallenpaw thought hard but didn't know any Weaselwhisker, "Nope. Don't know him. I wouldn't know love if it smacked me in the face." She laughed at herself. Fallenpaw didsn't have alot of tom friends and didn't care about it either.

Oakpaw looked at the apprentice. Someday that she-cat would fall in love with someone. “I don’t like Weaselwhisker anymore,” the tortoiseshell she-cat replied, her tail drooping. As she said those words she felt as if claws had gone through her heart. She had to get over him, and be loyal to the clan as an apprentice and as a warrior.
