TWO QUESTIONS HELP NOW ... please

i noticed some people make there posts all pretty with a template i wanna know where they get the templates and what ya gotta do to get them i want one. and also i noticed some people replace links with a word/s but if you click the word/s you still go to the place the link takes you i wanna know how you do that. some help BEFORE i kill ya'll

^ You make it like that. Here is my example;
[url=http://z10.invisionfree.com/CAUTIONTOTHEWIND/]CAUTION[/url]

When you start a thread, it is that button of the little Earth with a folder in front of it. ;D

I registered, but I couldn't find out how you get the ******* templates.
