how do you get a picture on your profile? i have been asking for ages and nobody has answered me. please tell me how

Go to modify profile. Scroll down until you see the box called signature. Put the IMG code of the pic you want in that box and click Modify. When you're done, you'll have a picture in your siggy.

[maroon]First of all, this should be in the help board, but I'm not a staff member so I can't move this thread.
Second of all, to get a pic, copy the URL and paste it in the signature box in modify profile. Put the link between ![]() link here[ /IMG] Take away the space between the [ and the /
