Something to do with Deathclan ..

I've been able to view Deathclan for years now. This strange thing started yesterday ._. Ok, so I clicked Deathclan, and after a few seconds a pop-up window comes up saying 'the page you have attempted to view is unavailable due to restrictions on this computer' A little help would be appreciated >.<"

Misty's suggestion should work, if not, just keep refreshing the page in the browser until it does.
