[Cloudfrost]

Well, no more. No more sulking. Time to make a friend. A new one! Cloudfrost swished her tail across the rocky ground, her soft green eyes leaving nothing to tell what she felt. There was really nothing to fell...nothing but her raw determination. No more sad oozy stuff, just, work. Nothing else!
The smell of rain tainted her nose with it's fresh presence. "Hello?" she called into the warriors den before stepping in herself. Her nose stwitched wildly at the smell of her clanmates. "Anyone back?" she called in her singy voice. She wasn't sure of how to start another conversation. The time to make friends hasd ended a long time ago, she knew Runningfeet was still around, maybe she could talk with her? Or maybe her old apprentice Leopardmask? But there was always the newer warriors too, like Sunmist, Foxtwist, or maybe the Cloudwing if she was even around anymore.
She took another few pawsteps into the den, "Anyone home?" she asked again. Really now? Someone had to be home!

[Stonemask]

Stonemask ran into the camp clearing. His stone grey tabby fur was soaked from the falling rain. The warrior said good-bye to his patrol group and dashed of for the warriors den. When he came close to the entrance he heard a female voice sounding from inside. The voice had a sound like no other. Beautiful, soft, and gentle. Over all an angel's voice. As the tom slipped into the den he saw the owner of the voice. White pelt and beautiful green eyes matched the pleasant voice perfectly. Stonemask felt special for he knew the angel very well. "Cloudfrost, what are you up to," Stonemask asked with a warm greeting smile.

[Cloudfrost]

A small yelp escaped her as a deep familar voice echoed around her. She would have known it anywhere, "Hey there!" she meowed turning her head to see the tall grey tabby she called Stonemask. "It's been awhile!" she added turning fully around to but him in the side. When he asked her what she was doing she simply smiled, sitting down to get more comfortable, "I've been doing a lot lately. I've mentored one apprentice, she was a good girl, a lot like me. But, I'm thinking of grabbing another one." she said with a light laugh. "But enough of me, how are you? Last time I saw you was out in the territory." She said not losing her happy feel.
That day still lingered in her mind, but she wouldn't speak of it directly. Stonemask was back! She should be teeming with joy; and she was..

[Stonemask]

The grey tom sat down next to her and listened to how she was doing. Cloudfrost sounded so happy and it seemed like she was living a good life. Now it was Stonemask's turn to tell how he was doing. "Sadly I have not yet had the pleasure of training an apprentice, but I have hope I will be able to do so soon. As for the rest their is no big news. I have done patrols and lazied about. I have recently been to the nursery and that was lots of fun."

[Cloudfrost]

The nursery huh? Been a long time since she was at the nursery, last time she was there it had been when she was newly made a warrior. "So, how we're they? Give you a hard time?!" She chuckled. Cloudfrost purred happily as she listened to him, "Lot on your paws then. I can't wait for you to get an apprentice! Maybe we could train them together." She suggests we with a smile. It had been forever since she was really happy.

"If I get an apprentice first(Which I did) you should help me train them," Stonemask said with a happy smile. He had missed the white she-cat so much. They had been friends for such a long time and had a long puzzling past. Still, with all that on their shoulders thing where wonderful. Then something came back to the tabby tom's mind. His fur was still soaking wet. Stonemask gave a chuckle then started to clean his pelt.

Cloudfrost shook her head in disapproval at his unkempt pelt. "That is if you can keep yourself in shape." She teased at him. Outside thunder rolled, rain too drummed against the ground as fog began to roll in. The white she-cat clicked her tongue before ushering the grey tom inside withheld sweep of a tail. She set a paw on his rump to force him to sit, then began fussing over his looks. Grooming this tom would take more than willpower. "So what's on your mind?" She questioned him. She set to work on his dripping ears, soaked to the tail in rain. Her tongue clicked again in disapproval.

Stonemask let Cloudfrost push him around and did nothing to object. He left her bring him inside and didn't put any forces against her decision to make him sit. He did as she wanted and glanced at the ground. Stonemask didn't twitch or move as she stared to clean his crazy grey fur. Then she asked him a question. He knew the answer, but wished for it to stay buried in his mind. When Stonemask became a warrior he had love troubled with a tom and a she-cat he had been with since kit-hood. Finally, Stonemask got the love he wanted, but another love had bloomed in his heart. The new blooming flower gave him comfort when he had none and was always their for him when he was down. This new flower had replaced the old and caused more heartbreak. Stonemask had lost his mate, Dogtail, and didn't gain the mate he wanted, Cloudfrost. The tom was ready to give up on the topic, but the feelings he had inside would not leave so easily. The tom lifted his green gaze and meet with the angel's blue eyes, "You." That one would was all he had to say. Cloudfrost was on his mind every day and all through the day.

As she groomed him, and she thought of their screwed up life. Truth was, Cloudfrost had always been fond of the tall handsome tom she called her friend. She had always wanted to tell him, but someone else got there first. The white fae had nothing bad to say about the sweet tabby she had gotten to know, Cloudfrost had gotten small crushes herself. When the Stonemask and Dogtail burned their bridge, Cloudfrost only wished them happiness. She could never have guessed that he had loved her too. All those moons, seasons, but it was worth it, she thought. You, came the answer. She paused, looking around to see Stonemask's eyes. "Well, I won't complain about it. I think about you too." She smiled and purred. Of course she was a bit melancholy, that was to be expected when you lost three of your dearest friends. Stonemask was here though, that always counted for something.

Stonemask didn't pull his eyes away form her beautiful eyes. They had a light all their own. Bright then the sun, more colorful then any flower, and softer then any cloud. The reason it had this kind of light to it was because they where Cloudfrost's eyes. The soft, gentle, and caring she-cat was something like nothing in this world. She was an angel sent down to heal the world. Stonemask wanted her to be his angel. To love him forever and for her love to only be his. Due to the past he was unsure how well it would work thought. Stonemask had always had trouble with and because of that he second guessed himself all the time when it came to love. First it was Cloudwing who wanted to leave to be a kitty-pet. Stonemask was an apprentice at the time and young. He didn't understand how he was feeling. Stonemask thought it was love, but it was just a close friend relationship. Now because of that, Stonemask and Cloudwing's relationship had been messed up forever. Dogtail was his close friend and he want her to be his mate when they became warriors, but she loved someone else and became his mate. Then they got in a fight and she left him and came back for Stonemask. When Dogtail was with Spashspirit Cloudfrost had healed the tom's broken heart and he fell for her like no other. Stonemask became mates with Dogtail not wanting to hurt her, but he went against his own feelings. Stonemask confessed his lvoe for CLoudfrost one day, but Dogtail overheard and broke of from Stonemask. Cloudfrost said she could never become his mate for she felt bad about what happen between the two. Stonemask felt like he had lost everything and he did, but he never lost the feeling he had for Cloudfrost. Stonemask couldn't take it any longer. He pressed his nose nose into her cheek fur and asked, "Cloudfrost become my mate, please."

Cloudfrost never liked to dwell other sob story part of her life, but instead look to the future. As she gazed into those emerald eyes of his, those, wonderful caring eyes she had loved for such a long time, she could see the horrifying past they both had experienced. And Truth was, she loved him, there was no avoiding it. For all the heartbreak she might endure, she would still love him. She guessed, it was try what they said, your first friends are the best. Cloudfrost heart beaten a million times faster, it felt as if it might break from her chest. That pounding against it, no matter how her mind ran from the conclusion, it would always catch up. On the day he did confess, she had been hesitant, denying whatever feeling might have bloomed for something else. She had been afraid then, but times were different from then, no one would get hurt besides her if such a thing ever happened. And, she wasn't afraid anymore.
Cloudfrost, become my mate please.
No one could get hurt now..

Stonemask turned his body so he was facing Cloudfrost and licked her forehead. Some dreams never some true. For Stonemask all his nightmare's were granted with out hesitation, but now one of his dreams had come true. He finally had Cloudfrost as his lover. He had his angel, an angel who loved him to no end. Stonemask knew very well he could give Cloudfrost his heart and she would treat it with the most care. Cloudfrost was always the one who cared for the tom's broken heart when it was hurt, she was his angel. "Cloudfrost I love you so much," Stonemask said with a loving voice.

Cloudfrost had been told someone liked her, but never loved. This was so new to her, she wasn't scared or hesitant, but maybe nervous a little. But she to no end would treat him like others had, not again. She pressed her forehead into his chest, her eyes lit up with tears of happiness rather than sorrow. "Don't leave me again.. " She whispered. Things couldn't be like that now, they were together forever right? Nothing to separate them? She closed her eyes to block out any doubt, it was justher and Stonemask against the world.
