I sighed, shaking my little head.
I didn't like sharing a den with all of these new apprentices.
Noisy, excited creatures.

It was almost like they came from another planet.
Like they were another species.
I sighed again, rolling my teal-grey orbs.

My sweeping tail twitched irritably.
My long whiskers quivered with a suppressed sneeze, and my miniature pink nose sniffed.
I sneezed, a delicate sound that racked my golden-tabby form.

I glared at the empty nests, hoping no one heard me, and padded out of the den, smiling a bit a the birds flying overhead.
